The sale of 62 plots in the Agro-industrial zone Nova Topola has been announced

The City of Gradiška has published an advertisement for the sale of undeveloped construction land in the Agro-Industrial Zone Nova Topola, through an oral public tender.

These are 62 plots of different areas with different prices per m2. The facilities that would be built on these plots are intended for craft activities, service centers, warehouses, commercial activities, wholesale trade, and it is also possible to build a gas station and industrial and energy facilities.

The prices include the costs of arranging construction land.

Bidders can be foreign and domestic legal entities. The auction is scheduled for February 18, 2021. See all the details of the ad HERE.

The agro-industrial zone Nova Topola, with an area of 144 ha, is located 10 km from the center of Gradiška, along the regional road Gradiška-Banja Luka, while it is 7 km away from the highway Gradiška-Banja Luka.

In this industrial-business zone, which is entirely owned by the City of Gradiška, the largest plot of land is 41,079 m2, while the smallest one has 1,693 m2.

As for the communal infrastructure, the zone is equipped with water, sewage, electricity, telephone connection, and internet. Roads within the zone are under construction.
