The municipality of Teslić announced a public tender for the sale of urban construction land at the location of the Wood Industry Borja (DI) company through oral public bidding, reports eKapija.
According to the description in the documentation, it is an undeveloped plot of land with an area of 23,557 m2, which is intended for the construction of two commercial buildings with floors P+1 and P+2.
The initial selling price of the land is 2.9 million BAM.
The sale of land by auction will take place on February 3, 2023, starting at noon, in the Teslić Municipal Administration building.
The construction land can be visited every working day from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
