The municipality of Šipovo is selling undeveloped construction land in the Sokolac industrial zone in Šipovo through an auction, and the subject of sale is 8 plots of land ranging in size from 3,773 m2 to 5,345 m2.
The initial selling price of construction land ranges from 19,016 BAM to 26,030 BAM. The land is equipped with a road and the water supply will be provided by the seller, which will be defined in the contract.
The sale of the building land in question will be carried out through oral public bidding – an auction, which will be held on August 4, 2023, starting at 10:00 a.m., in the building of the Municipal Administration in Šipovo.
All legal entities and independent entrepreneurs who, in accordance with the law, can be holders of property rights on real estate in the Republic of Srpska, that is, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, have the right to participate in the bidding process.
Registered participants who do not meet the required conditions, whose application was not received within the stipulated period or does not contain the required mandatory attachments (proof of deposit payment, extract from the appropriate register, etc.), will not be able to participate in the auction.
