The municipality of Petrovo has announced a public announcement on the sale of undeveloped construction land in the Kaludjerica Tourist Zone through an auction.
Real estate (pastures) of 1,515 m2 and 19,642 m2 are for sale at an initial selling price of 161,639 BAM.
As stated in the text of the advertisement, the transfer of real estate to the buyer will be made within 5 days from the date of payment of the sale price. The buyer of the land, as a future investor, is obliged to invest at least 500,000 BAM by the end of 2024 for the purpose of arranging and building facilities in accordance with the Regulatory Plan of the Kaludjerica Tourist Zone.
If the buyer does not make investments by the end of 2024, the seller can sue to terminate the contract and delete the entry in the public records. In case of termination of the contract, the seller will return to the buyer the funds paid to the seller for the purchased real estate without increasing the value of the work performed and without calculating default interest.
The auction will be held on March 28, 2022, at 11:00 AM in the building of the municipality of Petrovo.
