The municipality of Milići is starting with the construction of the business zone Podgora, and on this occasion it has announced a tender asking fora contractor for preparatory works.
According to the tender documentation, the estimated value of the contract is 86,933 BAM without VAT, while the deadline for applying to the tender is the 21 April 2022.
Earlier, the head of the Department for Planning, Housing and Communal Affairs and Ecology in the Municipality of Milići, Slaviša Stanković, said that the production and business zone in Podgora should have industrial facilities, metal processing industry, electronic industry, processing of chemical products and others with medium impact on the environment. In addition, shopping centers and warehouses should be built in the business zone.
In the statement of the RS government on 30 March 2022 states that the government will co-finance the construction of the zone with 800,000 BAM.
