The subject of sale through a public oral auction is undeveloped construction land located within the Industrial Zone Regulatory Plan, on Željeznička Street, specifically parcel number 15, with a total area of 5,111 m². The land is offered at a market price of 49.22 BAM/m², or a starting price of 251,563 BAM.
The auction will be held on July 3, starting at 9:00 AM, in the building of the City Administration of Derventa.
A deposit amounting to 10% of the starting sale price, i.e., 25,156 BAM, is required for participation.
