The Municipality of Teslić has issued a public call for the sale of building land in the Lanara Business Zone through an auction. The sale includes a total of four plots ranging from 1,500 m2 to 7,000 m2, located within the scope of the Revision and Amendment of the Regulatory Plan of the Communal Working Zone in Teslić and are designated for the construction of commercial buildings. The starting price for building land is 25 KM per 1 m2 for all plots. The auction is scheduled for November 10th, starting at 12:00 PM in the Teslić Municipality building.
