The Mayor of the Municipality of Stanari has published an advertisement for the sale of business facilities (halls) and several plots of land in the business zone of the Thermal Power Plant in Dragalovci.
A building plot of 5,910 m2 with a built and unregistered production hall with a gross area of 2,016 m2 is offered. In addition to this one, another plot with an unregistered hall of 1,645 m2 gross area is offered.
The first hall has a building permit for the production of metal structures and plasticizing, and the second for metal machining.
In addition, several plots of land from 2,000 to 6,000 m2 are for sale.
As stated in the ad, the real estate is sold as a whole with a starting price of 3,739,457 BAM.
The auction will be held on October 10 at 9 a.m. in the Municipality of Stanari.
