The Department of Spatial Planning and Housing-Communal Activities of the municipality of Srbac informs the public that the draft amendment of the Zoning Plan for the expansion of the industrial zone in Sitneši is available for public review.
The draft zoning plan covers an area located in the southeastern part of the municipality of Srbac, in the settlement of Sitneši, with a total area of 13.2 hectares, directly adjacent to the regional road Srbac – Prnjavor. It is on public display at the premises of the Municipal Administration of the municipality of Srbac and the premises of the Center for Design and Consulting CPK Banja Luka, from October 24, 2023, to November 24, 2023.

During the public review period, until November 24, 2023, any individual or legal entity can provide opinions, comments, and suggestions on the draft by recording them in the book available where the draft is exhibited or by submitting them in the form of a letter to the Municipal Administration of the municipality of Srbac – Department of Spatial Planning and Housing-Communal Activities.
