The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Srpska Boris Pasalic, signed yesterday an agreement with the Mayor of Prnjavor Darko Tomas on the transfer of ownership and possession of the Republic of Srpska over land of about 45 hectares to the Municipality of Prnjavor, which will be used for business and tourist zone Vijaka.
This business-tourist zone covers 322.14 hectares, and the Regulatory Plan was adopted earlier for this business zone, as the RS Ministry of Agriculture announced.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska in this way, wants to help local communities in their development plans, and the land was transferred from the Government to the municipality of Prnjavor free of charge.
In the previous period the Government of the Republic of Srpska made two more decisions on the transfer of property and property rights from the Republic of Srpska to the City of Trebinje, and it is about 8.5 hectares of land.
The land was transferred to the City of Trebinje for the purpose of implementing the zoning plan “Novo Trebinje” and the parcelling plan in the area of the cadastral municipality of Volujac.
