Building land is offered to interested investors in the Skele business zone, which is located along the Brod-Odžak main road.
According to the Invest Srpska website, the area of the zone is 11 hectares, and the infrastructure is brought to the boundary: water DN 160 mm, sewerage DN 800 mm, electricity 0.4 kV and 10 kV, telephone and Internet, asphalt – main road Brod – Odžak, macadam road within the zone.
The Municipality of Brod is the owner of the land next to the main road Brod-Odžak. The land is being sold with the aim of creating new jobs, i.e. in order to open new production and service capacities. These are greenfield investments with the initial price of the land of 25.5 BAM/m2. In order to encourage investments in the area of the municipality, the Brod municipal administration gives a discount on the price of land in relation to the number of jobs that will be provided by the investor. For specific land that is only 800 meters from the border with the European Union, the maximum cumulative discount that an investor can obtain when buying land is 80% of the value of the initial price, i.e. the land can be bought at a price of 5.1 BAM /m2. The investor should provide the following:
– A business plan for the period of the next 5 years, in which it will be stated how and why the purchased land will be used,
– To submit guarantees for the performance of production and service activities and the number of workers he intends to employ in the plant,
– To accept a co-ownership relationship with the Municipality of Brod until the moment of fulfilling the contractual obligations.
