The mayor of the municipality of Petrovo announced a public call for the sale of real estate through an oral public tender – auction. The subject of sale is real estate – undeveloped construction land in the Business Zone Sočkovac – a house of 14 m2, 3 classes of 948 m2 and other infertile land of 863 m2.
As stated in the advertisement published on the website of the municipality, the initial selling price of the real estate is 22,114 BAM.
– The right to participate in the auction have all legal entities and natural persons who, by law, can acquire the right of ownership of real estate and pay a deposit. Natural persons participating in the public bidding are required to submit to the commission one of the identification documents, a certified power of attorney, if the bidder has a proxy and a copy of the current account. Legal entities that participate in the public bidding are required to submit proof of entry in the court register of the legal entity, as well as the authorization of the person representing them – it was added.
The buyer of the land, as a future investor, is obliged to build a business facility in accordance with the planning document-Regulatory Plan Business Zone Sočkovac within a year from the conclusion of the contract on the purchase of real estate. Also, in the period of one year from the conclusion of the contract on the purchase of real estate, it is necessary to employ at least three workers from the municipality of Petrovo and keep them in employment for at least three years.
The auction will be held on December 16, 2021 at 9 am in the building of the municipality of Petrovo.
