Banja Luka: Norwegian investors want to invest in RS

Norwegian Ambassador to BiH Olaf Reinertsen stated yesterday, October 13, during a meeting with the Minister of Energy and Mining of Republika Srpska Petar Djokic that there are many Norwegian investors who want to invest in Srpska and that in that sense there is a sincere will to improve economic cooperation.

At the meeting in Banja Luka, the interlocutors expressed readiness for the improvement of economic and economic cooperation between the Republic of Srpska and Norway through the realization of joint projects in the field of renewable energy sources, especially solar and wind energy.

During the meeting, a strong commitment to the development of bilateral relations between the two countries was expressed, and it was agreed to organize a meeting in the next period to present in more detail the development opportunities and potentials of Republika Srpska in the field of energy and mining.

Djokic thanked the ambassador for his interest in cooperation with Republika Srpska, and pointed out that RS pursues a policy of openness to all who want to invest, with the goal of creating new jobs, ensuring economic growth and development and a better life for all its citizens.
