The municipality of Laktaši has announced an advertisement for the sale of construction land of 7,020 m2. The plot that is the subject of sale is located in zone IV of the building land.
As stated in the text of the announcement, the right to participate in the oral public tender – auction have legal entities/natural persons registered in BiH who may own a production and business facility whose construction is provided by the planning act on the land intended for sale, and who passed the deposit.
Applications for participation in the oral public bidding – auction are to be submitted on the prescribed form, which can be obtained at the reception office of the municipal administration (No. 9 on the ground floor) or on the website www.opstina-laktasi.com
Applications with the above attachments can be submitted in person in a sealed envelope or by registered mail to the address of the municipality of Laktaši, st. Karađorđeva No. 56 Laktaši indicating “Application for participation in the oral public tender – auction for the Business Zone Aleksandrovac – do not open”.
Oral public bidding – the auction will be conducted by the Commission for conducting public bidding on December 23, 2021, starting at 1 pm in the meeting room of the municipal administration building – 1st floor.
Interested persons can inspect the condition of the real estate and documentation on the real estate for sale and get the requested information in the building of the Municipality of Laktaši, second floor, office number 41, every working day from 7:30 to 15:30.
The deadline for submitting applications is 15 days from the day the announcement was published.
