High-quality infrastructure, favorable land prices and qualified workforce make this municipality an ideal place for business growth and development, emphasized Mayor Miroslav Bojić, guest on the Radio Republic of Srpska program.
The city of Laktasi, which has been named the most desirable small city for investment in Europe three times in a row by the prestigious Financial Times magazine, is attracting more and more attention as an attractive investment destination.
Bojić pointed out that Laktaši is continuously working on improving the business environment. This local community provides investors with numerous benefits, from a quick procedure for obtaining all the necessary permits to facilitations that greatly facilitate the start of a successful business. The presence of numerous large global and regional companies in this area further confirms the attractiveness of Laktaš as an investment destination, said Bojić.
The exceptional benefits that the local self-government provides to investors also play a key role. The assembly of the city of Laktaši passed a decision that offers free land to serious investors, who invest more than 5 million KM, with the condition that they open a plant and employ a certain number of people. Laktasi attracts not only foreign, but also domestic investors who expand their capacities, because our infrastructure, land prices and qualified workforce represent a great potential for growth – emphasized Bojić for Radio of Republic of Srpska.
The largest percentage of production in Laktaši is made up of the metal industry, wood processing industry, catering and small crafts, which further confirms the diversity and potential of this region for future economic progress.
