The City of Gradiška published an advertisement for the sale of undeveloped building land in the Agro-Industrial Zone Nova Topola, through tender.
There are 61 plots, with different prices per m2 for different areas. The facilities that would be built on these plots are intended for manufacturing activities, service centers, warehouses, commercial activities, wholesale, and it is possible to build a gas station, and industrial and energy facilities.
The prices include the public fee of land development.
Bidders can be foreign and domestic legal entities. The auction is scheduled for December 14. See all the details HERE.
