The city of Doboj repeated the advertisement for the sale of land in CM Velika Bukovica, which is designated as an economic zone by the subdivision plan.
As stated in the ad, the land is being sold with benefits for investors, in order to create new jobs and implement development and investment projects.
There are a total of seven plots on offer, with an area between 8,000 and 11,000 m2, and the sale will be carried out through an auction that will be held on July 27 in the Doboj City Administration building.
The initial selling price is 15 BAM/m2, while the deposit for participation is 50,000 BAM.
