The city of Bijeljina has placed an advertisement for the sale of construction land in industrial zone 3. The land is intended for the construction of business and production facilities with an emphasis on industry (small and medium-sized production plants and industrial plants). The land is equipped with basic infrastructure, road, water supply and electricity distribution network.
The sale of construction land will be carried out through an oral public auction (bidding), which will take place on October 18, 2021, in the building of the City Administration of the city of Bijeljina (large hall), starting at 15: 00 – it was stated in the announcement.
The initial sale price of the land is 20 BAM/m2, or 140,020 BAM for an area of 7,001 m2.
