Merchants who want to operate in industrial zones in Bijeljina are growing in interest, Dejan Savić, the head of the Economy Department, tells for Glas Srpske. Therefore, the City also adopted a regulatory plan to form Industrial Zone 4 near the roundabout at the Agro-Shopping Center on the right.
– It is planned to bring about 100 hectares of land in this industrial zone for the purpose – Savić said.
Good infrastructure and affordable plot prices are the best way to attract investors to industrial zones, which is why the City Administration has reduced utility taxes and fees for manufacturing activities and introduced relief when paying for land development.
Industrial Zone 1 is already largely live and working, with zones 2 and 3 following in the footsteps. In the Industrial Zone 3, located near the roundabout near the Agro-Shopping Center on the left side towards Ugljevik, the last available lots are for sale.
