The first plot in the new business zone Jelšingrad was sold yesterday. The Banja Luka company N SPORT bought, through a public auction, a plot of 3,241 square meters, at a price of 262,000 KM.
– By selling this plot, the first investor enters the new business zone. We hope that, as soon as possible, they will start building the facility of economic activity – they said in the local administration.
The capacities of the Ramići business zone are almost full, so its expansion is planned.
Due to the great interest of investors, only one more plot remained free, which will be offered at auction.
