Another location has been prepared in the Ramići Business Zone, which will be offered to investors for the construction of business facilities in that zone.
It is a construction plot of 8,978 square meters, which will soon be put up for auction, the city’s website reports.
– The initial value of that parcel is 421,559 KM, and already at the next session of the City Assembly, the decision to offer that parcel for sale through an auction will be considered. All interested investors can get additional information in our Investor Center – says Maja Jovanović, Head of the Department for Local Economic Development and Strategic Planning of the City of Banja Luka.
There are currently 15 active investors in the Ramići Business Zone.
