The city of Gradiška has published an advertisement for the sale of land within the regulatory plan of the Agro-Industrial Zone – Nova Topola.
As stated in the ad, undeveloped construction land is being sold for the construction of permanent buildings, that is, for the construction of production and storage facilities, commercial and business facilities, industrial, energy and other production capacities.
Plot areas range from 1,000 to over 40,000 m2, and the price varies from 1 BAM to 50 BAM/m2.
A total of 46 plots are offered, and the costs of arranging the construction land are included in the defined prices.
The sale will be conducted by oral public bidding, which will be held on March 27 at 8 a.m. in the premises of the Gradiška City Administration.

Agro-industrial zone Nova Topola, with an area of 144 ha, is located 10 km from the centre of Gradiška, along the regional road Gradiška – Banjaluka, while it is 7 km away from the highway Gradiška – Banjaluka. As for the communal infrastructure, the zone is equipped with water, sewerage, electricity, telephone connection and internet. Roads within the zone are under construction.
