Panorama program
The program is focused on potential entrepreneurs who have shown interest in starting your own business and contributes to raising awareness about entrepreneurship, increase employment and self-employment, increasing the number of micro and small enterprises, social and corporate social responsibility towards the community and a significant withdrawal of funds from the RBI credit lines for RS Home Business activities.
The program was initiated by the Republic Agency for development of small and medium enterprises, based on results of a survey conducted in late 2008. in cooperation with the RS Employment Bureau, which showed that a large number of young people interested in starting your own business, but that their next financial resources necessary training in entrepreneurial skills and consulting services.
The program will contribute to increasing employment and self-employment, increasing the number of micro and small enterprises, to improve the competitiveness of business enterprises with the help of qualitative methods of vocational training, monitoring student progress and providing necessary institutional support.
The program is aimed at unemployed young people aged up to 35 years who are willing to with training, advice and easier access to finance, your business idea into a profitable business and thus allow the existence, progress and ultimately remain in the Republic of Srpska.
The overall objective of the program is to increase the efficiency of entrepreneurial potential in the Republic of Srpska to reach the European average number of SMEs per 1,000 population and increasing influence on the consciousness of citizens about self-employment as a desirable and stimulated variants of solving the problem of employment.
The overall objective of the program can be achieved by identifying entrepreneurial potential of young people by providing support such persons in order to convert ideas into business and increasing growth and development of SMEs.
