As world economic crisis has not bypassed or Serbian Republic, and heaving in mind the fact that 99.56 percent of all businesses small and medium-sized enterprises that are holders of development, employment and the potential for creating new jobs, the Republic Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises focused on specific activities to assist businesses and entrepreneurs.
Our mission is
"Changing the state of mind of the nation and set up entrepreneurship as a way of thinking and style of life, at the very top of public attention and citizens, especially young people. The imposition of new / old values and knowledge to work is not a disgrace, and it can be worth living from their own work! "
The tendency of the Republic of Srpska is that, in accordance with
the Strategy of development of SMEs of the RS, which effectively fulfill
its part of obligations arising from the "Agreement on Stabilization
and Association Agreement with EU. In all development documents outlined
the commitment of the RS Government to mobilize all available resources
in the function of generating growth and employment.
Observed a
decline of entrepreneurial spirit, lack of motivation and fear of
entering into new business ventures. Therefore, the European Union puts
more emphasis on policies that help and encourage its development, and
development of entrepreneurial skills. Following this trend, and the
Republic of Srpska desire to become a viable and, in the European
framework, competitive economy, we created a set of mechanisms aimed at
supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurship in
key areas.
Republic Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises is one
of the important levers of the entire system of support SME development
in the Serbian. Activities are designed so that entrepreneurs and
businesses improve the business environment, facilitate access to
knowledge that they lack the finances they desperately need.
We want to be true partners of the existing small and medium-sized enterprises in
their further growth and development, responsible partnership with
local communities in which they operate and strengthen the
competitiveness of the release of the demanding European and world
market.
We want to be partners and allies to potential foreign investors and companies that have recognized the potential for the development of their business in the region.
We want to help local communities to responsibly and effectively manage
the development process of their environment, because the greatest
responsibility for the effective use of pre-accession (IPA) to assist
you in every individual, department or local administration.
We want to be partners and technical support to the Government of the Republic of Srpska
and the responsible ministries in carrying out their tasks rational and
socially responsible management of available natural, human and
economic resources for the purpose of development.
We want to be a reliable partner, ally and advisor RS Investment Bank and commercial banks,
as well as its pertnerima to improve efficiency in the use of credit
resources intended for this category of enterprises. Also, we
doprinijetipodizanju efficiency in the establishment of the Guarantee
Fund, which is one of the most important lever the Government of the
Republic of Srpska for easier access to investment credit.
Finally, we want to be allies and support for individuals, especially young people, in order to take their destiny into their own hands, start their own business and employ others.
Being an entrepreneur is not easy, but not impossible. We need people
with vision, people who bring new business ideas, work well-known things
in a new and different way, people who followed his intuition, not
afraid to get into direct combat and ready to diligence and hard work.
For them, we provide various training, technical assistance, mentoring,
easier way to financial assets, guarantees and performance evaluation.
Risk, always and in everything there, but we should have in mind that
the work always pays off! To those who understand our hand to move along
the development.
